Matt Toller

Matt began his real estate career with a thorough training in the family business and working to serve in every area of the industry. Matt brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to the table in the vacation rental business as well as sales, maintenance, landscaping, Home Owner Association Management, and even as a rental owner himself.
In 2012, Matt and his wife, Katey, purchased Anchor Realty Group from Katey’s grandmother. Matt has leveraged his love for people and desire to solve problems to grow Anchor Realty Group into THE one stop shop for residential real estate in the Hampton Roads community. Some may consider the task of growing the company work, but Matt truly loves his career and thrives off the passion that he shares with the agents and staff of Anchor Realty Group.
Matt has called Virginia Beach home for over a decade. He and Katey and their 5 children live in the Red Mill area of Virginia Beach.

Katey Toller

Katey began her real estate career as a college student helping her grandmother with the family business. She takes pride in the growth that Anchor has seen since she and Matt bought the business in 2012. Katey and Matt strive to lead a team of problem-solvers and cultivate a family environment in the work place.
Katey graduated from Regent University where she studied Psychology. She has leveraged her degree to hone her people skills and develop a love for her clients. Katey’s attention to detail and devotion to her clients make her excellent representation for both buyers and sellers alike.
Katey and Matt live in Red Mill with their four daughters, one son, and 2 dogs.

Brad Benson

Born and raised in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Brad made his way from the cold plains of Canada to the mountains of Colorado and ultimately to the sunny beaches of Virginia. He has an extensive accounting career, which began when he served as controller for a real estate developer in Colorado before joining Anchor in 2014. Brad has continued his professional development by obtaining his real estate license. He enjoys combining his number crunching abilities with the many facets of real estate; selling homes, helping clients find their dream home, property management and more recently HOA management.
Brad and his wife, Angie, have three kids and live in the Red Mill area of Virginia Beach.

Verna Toller
Director of Operations

Joining the team in January 2024, Verna brings a strong background in property management, administration, customer service and operations to her role at Anchor. She oversees company operations and also serves in marketing, company development, communications, and property management capacities at Anchor Realty Group.
Verna is very family oriented and loves fly fishing, traveling, hiking and cooking. She and her husband, Dave, have been married for close to 33 years. The couple has three grown children.

Megan Han
Transaction Coordinator

Megan’s experience in real estate office management and the communication industry transferred well into her role at Anchor. She has a strong work ethic, is detail focused and has a willingness to tackle challenges. Megan’s goal is to streamline transaction management to alleviate any stress on the agents and to keep an eye on the progress of each transaction.
Megan is a military wife; she and her family recently moved to Hampton Roads. Megan and her husband, Pierre, live just on the border of Virginia Beach in Chesapeake with their three kids.

Annie Earls
Agent
Annie’s Real Estate credentials found a solid foundation in her degrees in Communications Advertising & Public Relationship, and a Masters in Education. As an agent, her goal is to make the buying and selling processes as easy as possible. She is a “walking checklist” making sure each box in the closing process is checked on behalf of her clients.
Annie is a mother of two beautiful girls, Bella & Addie, and a military wife. As such, she has moved multiple times (and always when her husband was deployed), equipping her to learn the ins and outs of real estate, how to present competitive offers in fast markets, and how to prepare homes to sell for top dollar. With her background in customer service and sales, and the need for a flexible schedule as a military wife and mom, Annie finds her passions combined and is always ready to go the extra mile.

Kaitlyn Hough-Oakes

Kaitlyn has over 5 years of experience in vacation rental management and marketing, bringing a unique and seasoned perspective to our operations and marketing support. She and her husband have lived in Hampton Roads for over 5 years now and are tied closely with the investor community.

Sharmaine ‘Sha’ Triumfante
Operations Assistant and Guest Services Coordinator, Philippines
Sha is a dynamic, easygoing person who can balance both introverted and extroverted sides. With a background in team management and the hotel industry, Sha sought to build on these skills in a new way. Since 2019, I’ve embraced the virtual industry, wearing many hats: from inside sales and transaction coordination to executive assistance, property management, and more. She has loved this transition, finding that it has been incredibly fulfilling and flexible, allowing her to work from home, spend quality time with my children and husband., and travel—a passion of mine. My ultimate goal is to continue growing professionally, earn more, and one day explore the world beyond the Philippines with my family by my side.

Abegail ‘Abby’ Parado
Guest Services Coordinator, Philippines
Abby is a dedicated guest manager at Anchor Realty Group. Before embarking on her virtual assistant career, she gained over seven years of customer service experience in an outsourcing call-center based setting. She began as a real estate transaction coordinator at a U.S.-based company, where she honed her skills in facilitating smooth transactions and providing exceptional client support. Abby later expanded her expertise as a social media support specialist, assisting members with their meal plans and workouts during their online fitness journeys.
In her current role at Anchor Realty Group, Abby draws on her background in guest experiences and administration to enhance property management operations. As a solo parent to a wonderful 13-year-old daughter, she expertly balances her professional duties with family life, instilling strong values in her child.
